I just wanted to say thank you to all our Veterans for making the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Yesterday during school assembly with Ella it was hard to hold back the tears when one of our WW2, Korea, and current servicemen spoke... especially when handing over a cheque in donation to our school. The questions that the students asked were very simple, and every question was answered- they even lined up to ask more!
And on a semi-related lighter note: to Donald Jack (where ever you are now) for Bartholomew W. Bandy and all his wacky Canadian misadventures.
I hope everyone wore their poppy.... Lest We Forget
