The Garage

About mid September, 2004, it was time to re-shingle the garage roof. Our neighbour Jack, known as Bill- who is the second owner of his house- had said that when he and his family moved in 45 years ago, our garage roof needed some help. Pretty much no one had touched the garage since it was built, save for adding the stucco to match the house.

In just 2 short afternoons my Dad (Bill) and Derek tore off the old roof and put on the new one. As it turned out, there was a second set of shingles to be torn down as well.... I'm still pulling up shingle bits from my gardens.
